The first official day of Summer has arrived!! Funny how it feels as if time goes by so much faster in June, July, and August. The days are already flying by so quickly.  For me, the 4^th of July is like the halfway point. The retail stores make it much worse by stocking up the school supplies on July 5^th! YUCK!!  My kids are long out of school, and it still makes me sad when I see those awful back-to-school sales. Here we are on the longest day of the year, definitely feeling like summer today with temperatures up to 88 degrees. I know a large number of you will be staying indoors with the AC cranking out nice cool air.  I hope everyone has had their yearly tune-up and maintenance done. It’s not too late to call me and schedule an appointment! Remember, in order to keep your warranty valid on your condenser, it needs to be serviced and maintained yearly. Personally, I’m one of those people who comes to life in this weather.  I try to take advantage of every day by going out with friends and family, eating, drinking, dancing, and enjoying every moment of summer.  (Especially when the sun is shining and the nights are absolutely beautiful) Tomorrow night we have another fun “Summer in the Circle” event in Elmwood Park.  If you are a fan of the Beatles, this band never disappoints! American English goes on at 7:00 and the stage is just steps away from……. can you guess……. Circle Tavern! If you are able to snag a table in their patio area, you will have the perfect place to watch the show.  A nice, ice-cold beer and a smash burger will make the experience extra enjoyable! Or, if you’re on the go, with the kids or just popping by to see the show, you can grab a slice and a cold beverage from the Circle Tavern tent.  Look for these three beautiful ladies and they will be happy to help with a cold beverage and freshly made delicious pizza! One more special thing about this day, not only is it the beginning of summer and the longest day of the year, it is our boss man’s birthday!!  So, please join me in wishing him a very Happy Birthday!  Cheers to you Mike!
